Where is Ripasso Italian Cucina?
Red-Headed Stepchild is a pop-up (temporary) public house (pub) that has taken over Ripasso for a short time to raise awareness & money for local girls & boys rugby programs while celebrating the culinary heritage of Ireland along side that of Italy - two groups of people who have been most influential in the history of our great city!
For a limited time, until Sunday June 2nd 2013, we will continue to offer food & drink that maintains our reputation for hand-crafted authentic yet innovative Italian cuisine, but also apply these same principles to some of our family's Irish traditional dishes. The menus will continue to change with the season, with new dishes & special menus to tempt you every week.
During this period of time, guests who are ruggers (rugby players) or even just know any ruggers can have 5% of their total food & drink tab donated to the team of their choice! There are no limits as long as the team has been around for more than 60 days, so it is a great way to raise money for literally any club in Illinois - but hurry, Red-Headed Stepchild will revert back to Ripasso after June 2nd!!
